Siyi Li

Siyi Li, (b. 1999, China) is an artist who currently lives and works in Frankfurt am Main, Germany. He often works with one media at a time, such as drawing, painting, sculpture, photography or music. Adopting humble conceptual gestures and particular production processes, Li preserves ephemeral emotions as antidotes to shattered contemporary life.

Li received a BA from the Slade School of Fine Art, London in 2021 and is finishing his Meisterschüler at Städelschule, Frankfurt am Main in 2024. His recent solo and group exhibitions include, Crybaby, CIBRIÁN (San Sebastián, ES, 2023); Half Life, Franz Kaka (Toronto, CA, 2023); Softpretty, fffriedrich (Frankfurt am Main, DE, 2023); Mostly Sunny, Fragile (Berlin, DE, 2022) and +1, Tor Art Space (Frankfurt am Main, DE, 2021).
