Keziah is a painter who uses cinematic devices to frame narratives from her own life, treading the line between the comedic and the traumatic. She works mostly in gouache and watercolour; her paintings are dense with thin, opaque, delicate mark making. Much of her work is made with a recipient in mind, scrutinizing their lives as well as her own. She explores universal crises and subjects, in small and intimate ways in her paintings, and uses her work as means of communicating her own personal fears and delights.
