Emma Crabtree

Emma Crabtree is an artist and illustrator based in Leeds, UK. She makes drawings, ceramic objects and publications, often utilising panels and typical narrative devices. Her current project explores the interplay between taste and material surroundings. As a result of examining her own questionable taste, she is interested in the idea of preciousness and how the objects she makes can exist somewhere between ugliness and beauty.
